Key Technical Term Explanations

NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference): A core indicator reflecting the thermal sensitivity of the thermal imager. A value of ≤50mK means the device can distinguish extremely small temperature differences (as low as 0.05℃), ensuring clear imaging and accurate temperature measurement even for targets with minimal heat variation—critical for early fault diagnosis of equipment.

IP66 Protection Level: A high-level protection standard in the IP (Ingress Protection) system. The first digit "6" indicates complete dust tightness (no dust can enter the device interior); the second digit "6" means it can withstand powerful water jets (from any direction, with a water flow rate of 100L/min) without internal water damage, making it suitable for outdoor harsh environments such as heavy rain and dusty areas.

NBT (No Blind View) Technology: Eliminates the traditional mechanical shutter that causes temporary screen blackouts during thermal imager calibration. The non-shutter structure ensures 24/7 continuous monitoring, avoiding missed alarms due to monitoring interruptions—especially important for high-security scenarios like power substations and industrial workshops.

TIE (Digital Image Detail Enhancement) Technology: A professional image processing algorithm that enhances edge contours, texture details, and temperature gradient transitions in thermal images. It solves the problem of blurry details in traditional thermal images, helping operators accurately identify subtle changes in monitored targets (e.g., slight overheating of equipment components).
