Temperature-Measuring High-Temperature Ignition Television

The device is equipped with two cameras: one high-definition camera for observing real-time images inside the kiln, and one infrared camera for measuring the temperature inside the kiln. It is also fitted with temperature-measuring components. In the event of abnormalities inside the kiln (such as sudden power failure, excessive temperature, or gas cutoff), the measuring camera will automatically withdraw from the kiln to protect the fire-watching industrial television. Once power and gas are restored and the camera temperature returns to normal, the camera will automatically re-enter the kiln under control.

The LM-NZ500 Endoscopic Temperature-Measuring High-Temperature Industrial Television System adopts a dual-optical-path structure, combining a color CCD and a near-infrared CCD. By leveraging the imaging technology of high-performance color and near-dual-infrared CCDs, the "Full-Field-of-View Real-Time Monitoring System for Surface Temperature of Workpieces in Furnaces Based on Color and Near-Infrared Dual CCDs" has been developed.

Main Technical Features

The system can automatically and quickly detect the position of workpieces and the surface temperature of materials in industrial furnaces and kilns. It is not affected by the detection distance, featuring high detection speed, high accuracy, and a wide detection range.

It is of great significance for optimizing the process control of cement rotary kilns, improving product quality, saving energy, reducing consumption, and ensuring safe production. It plays a role in achieving control goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and efficiency improvement.

The temperature-measuring industrial television combines a far-infrared camera, a computer system, and a traditional high-temperature industrial television. The system can display the temperature at any 16 points in the monitoring screen.

It supports both traditional video output and thermal image output, with a temperature measurement accuracy of ±2%. It optionally provides 4-20mA output and supports alarms for temperature rise or drop in the monitoring area.

The system adopts PLC control technology to automatically control the extension and retraction of the camera and lens. When problems occur (such as issues with system power supply or compressed air supply) or the temperature inside the probe cover exceeds the specified range, the mechanism will automatically withdraw from the furnace chamber, achieving automatic protection for the equipment.

Product Information & Installation

The temperature-measuring high-temperature industrial television is produced by Changzhou Luming. The complete set of equipment includes: camera protection devices, actuator devices, on-site component control cabinets, on-site gas bellows, optical fibers and cables, precision oil-water filters, central control converters and control boxes, computer hosts (with temperature-measuring software), printers, and monitors. The equipment is easy to install, and each set only requires 3 days of on-site commissioning and training to complete the setup.

The software for the basic application of the temperature-measuring high-temperature industrial television system directly displays real-time images and temperature data on the screen, covering unlimited points and areas within the visible range. It provides real-time information for individual or grouped alarms, and supports functions such as thermal profiles, image storage, temperature difference analysis, real-time and historical data trends, and high-temperature point monitoring, among others.

System Advantages

The temperature-measuring high-temperature industrial television system uses an infrared digital electronic coupling camera, which can be installed in a 400mm wall sleeve inside the kiln and is equipped with a fault-proof device.

The effective electronic temperature-measuring components and electronic coupling imaging technology transmit data to the central control room through an error-free digital transmission system, with a maximum transmission distance of 25km.

The high-definition video, combined with the unique 60Hz full-imaging technology, enables real-time monitoring of the operation and quality of fuels and products, as well as real-time temperature detection. This ensures precise and safe operation of the kiln.
